About Me

I am Vahid, originally from Tehran, and since 2011, I have been residing in the Netherlands. I hold degrees in Industrial Engineering, a Master's in Industrial Management, and an MBA. With fifteen years of experience in project management, product management, digital transformation, and process optimization at companies like TomTom, AirFrance – KLM, and Nike, I have developed a calm, curious, humorous, and analytical personality. My personal interests include:

• Traveling to new places

• Playing the Setar and exploring world, ethnic, and various music genres

• Learning and experiencing new activities such as technical, artistic, and sports endeavors

• Gathering with friends and family

• Yoga and tennis

• Visual art, specifically Textured Art

My Motivation for Coaching

I am passionate about sustainable growth and development for the entire world, believing that the most crucial aspect of societal progress is human development. In 2016, I participated in a six-month communication skills training course that profoundly impacted my mindset and personal skills, emphasizing the importance of personal development. Since then, I have dedicated significant time to acquiring personal development skills and sharing what I have learned with others. In 2023, I discovered professional coaching and realized it was the tool I had been seeking to contribute to my passion. Consequently, in early 2024, I began professional coaching as my second career.
